Ready just in time for Friday at the Strut! Under the trees just beyond the stage we will have tables decorated for a nice dinner, with twinkling lights just over head. You will have a view of the stage in the distance and hear the music at the perfect level for a dinner conversation. As an added bonus, again this year all food vendors will be serving until 11pm and they will be offering your favorites right next to local artists and craft vendors. Check back soon for our main stage musical line up for 2023!

3: How long does it take to find out if I am performing?

Entertainment Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in performing at the Irmo Okra Strut. Your application submission does not guarantee you will be performing. We only have a limited amount of space and time on stage within the two day event. You will find out if you are performing near the end of August, beginning of September 2023.

4: What time do I arrive to drop off my equipment?

Entertainment Guidelines

Every year we set up the stage schedule differently with act times ranging from 15 mins to 45 mins. You will be required to bring all your own equipment. No parking is available at the stage, and no driving is allowed in the park during main park hours for safety. We will not have a space for changing behind the stage. We request you arrive at least 30 mins before you are scheduled to be on stage. If you need to schedule an equipment drop off let us know when signing up.
